Public Service Announcement

In a brilliant move of utter coordination and total grace, I knocked my MacBook off our kitchen counter and destroyed the screen.

I took said MacBook to the Apple Store. The Clarendon Apple Store with the Genius guy who has The Most Beautiful Blue Eyes Ever yet prematurely gray hair, if you want more information.

The blue-eyed gray-haired Genius told me it would cost $700 to fix. But then leaned over and whispered that this was bullshit and I should send it off to this magical company called iResQ.

For $200, I shipped it off to iResQ. It got there yesterday, and within 6 hours, they had completely fixed it and shipped it back.

I am now typing on my laptop.

This makes me very happy. And there is really no point to this story other than to tell you that I think iResQ is pretty great if you drop computers on occasion.
